Efficiency and rapidness with extremely small footprint!
With dimensions of 1500 x 800 mm the ML-ProLine Linear is the most compact
of the line. With a spindle bore of 7 respectively 12 mm precise small parts
can be manufactured. High quality and economy is guaranteed due to 20 tools.
A genuine 2-part-system results from two autonomous slides, moveable in X
and Y direction. Turning and milling respectively roughing and smoothing at
the same time is realisable. The ML-Linear owes their dynamic linear motors,
which accelerate the axes up to 2g and enable rapid movements up to 40m/min.
Regarding rapidness the Linear Series can easily compete against a CAM
Automatics. Main and opposed spindle are driven by a 1,5 kW strong
Built-in-Motor, with a peak power of 2,2 kW. Main spindle speed and opposed
spindle speed can reach 15.000 t/min.
